No published human PK. In mice, PE 22-28 and related shortened spadin analogs showed longer behavioral antidepressant duration than parent spadin (activity half-effect reported up to ~14–23 h depending on analog/dose vs ~6–7 h for spadin), despite relatively short in vitro serum stability. Plasma terminal half-life in humans is unknown.
