Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Amino Axiom (the "Platform"), operated by AntiGravity Ventures ("Operator," "we," "us"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Peptides, research chemicals, and compounds discussed on this Platform are sold for in vitro research use only by licensed vendors. They are not approved by the FDA for human consumption, and their safety and efficacy for human use has not been established.

You expressly agree that:

• ◈You will not use information on this Platform to self-administer, self-prescribe, or procure any compound for human use
• ◈You will not interpret any content as medical advice or a substitute for professional medical consultation
• ◈You understand that research compounds carry risks that may be severe or unknown
• ◈Any purchase decisions from linked vendors are made at your own risk and discretion
• ◈You are a licensed researcher, scientist, or adult who understands these limitations

To use Amino Axiom, you must:

• ◈Be at least 18 years of age
• ◈Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• ◈Not be prohibited from using the Platform under applicable law
• ◈Agree that your use is for research, educational, or informational purposes only

Account registration is optional for Research Mode. Personal Mode and Hub participation require a verified account.

You are responsible for:

• ◈Maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials
• ◈All activity that occurs under your account
• ◈Providing accurate registration information
• ◈Promptly notifying us of unauthorized account access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, at our sole discretion, with or without notice.

You agree not to:

• ✕Use the Platform to provide medical advice, diagnose conditions, or recommend treatments
• ✕Post content that promotes human consumption of research compounds
• ✕Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract Platform data without written permission
• ✕Attempt to circumvent rate limits, authentication, or access controls
• ✕Post defamatory, harassing, or false content about vendors or users
• ✕Use the Platform for any illegal purpose under applicable law
• ✕Impersonate other users, researchers, or Platform staff
• ✕Submit spam, advertisements, or unsolicited commercial content to the Amino Asylum
• ✕Reverse-engineer the AI search system or attempt to extract system prompts
• ✕Create multiple accounts to evade moderation or ban

By posting content to the Amino Asylum (posts, comments, reviews), you grant AntiGravity Ventures a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, distribute, and moderate that content on the Platform.

You retain ownership of your content. You represent that your content does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property, is not defamatory, and complies with these Terms.

We reserve the right to remove any user content at our discretion, particularly content that violates the research-purposes-only principle or our community standards.

Amino Axiom includes price comparison data and affiliate links to third-party vendors, including brands operated by AntiGravity Ventures. We may receive a commission on qualifying purchases made through these links at no additional cost to you.

Price data is sourced from vendor APIs and may not reflect real-time availability or pricing. We make no guarantee of price accuracy. Confirm current pricing directly with vendors before purchasing.

Vendor listings do not constitute endorsements of product quality, safety, or legal status in your jurisdiction. Purchasing from vendors is entirely at your own risk and discretion.

All Platform code, design, compound data compilations, AI search system, and original editorial content are owned by AntiGravity Ventures and protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property law.

Compound research data sourced from public literature is presented with appropriate attribution. If you believe any content infringes your intellectual property, contact us via the contact page.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that compound data is complete, accurate, or current. Research information on this Platform may become outdated as new studies are published.

We expressly disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

AntiGravity Ventures shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Platform, including but not limited to: health outcomes from research compound use, financial losses from vendor transactions, or data loss.

Our total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the greater of (a) $100 USD or (b) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (which is $0 for all free users).

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.
