LIPO-C is a variable methionine/inositol/choline ± B12 (and related) injection blend, not a single molecule. Component kinetics differ widely (e.g. vitamin B12 plasma half-life often cited ~several days with long hepatic stores; amino acids and choline turn over much faster). No unified PK half-life for commercial Lipo-C formulations.
