Epithalon Cycle — Day 8 of 10-day protocol

Almost through the standard Epithalon research cycle. Khavinson's published protocol uses 10mg/day for 10 days, repeated 2-3x annually. The telomerase activation research suggests peak effect occurs around days 7-10.

The 2003 Khavinson paper in Bulletin of Experimental Biology and Medicine remains the foundational reference. More recent work has confirmed the pineal gland mechanism and melatonin normalization effects.
