COA red flag: vendor sent me a generic certificate with no lot number

Ordered a peptide from a vendor I won't name yet (collecting more data before posting a review). The COA they sent is the same one they show on their site. No lot number, no analysis date, no specific batch reference.

This is meaningless. The COA is supposed to describe what's in MY vial from a specific synthesis lot, not be a generic marketing document. Refund requested.
