first vials arrived, what's the actual reconstitution workflow?

New to this. Got my first BAC water and vials. The articles section has the technical detail but I'm looking for the practical checklist someone hands you on day one. Things like:

• temp equilibration time before opening
• exact syringe types
• how to actually inject the BAC without foaming
• storage labels

Any veterans want to drop their actual workflow?
