This comes up constantly and I think people overthink it. Lyophilized peptides are remarkably stable at room temperature for short periods. The whole 'it arrived warm, is it ruined?' panic is usually unfounded.
That said, reconstituted peptides are a completely different story. Temperature sensitivity increases dramatically once in solution.
Sharing some relevant stability data I found for the commonly researched compounds. BPC-157 lyophilized is stable at 40C for weeks. TB-500 similarly robust.
