Thymosin

A family of small peptides originally isolated from the thymus gland that play roles in immune system modulation and tissue repair. Thymosin alpha-1 (Ta1) is involved in T-cell differentiation and immune response regulation, while Thymosin beta-4 (TB-500) has been extensively studied for its role in actin sequestration, cell migration, and wound healing processes.
