Retatrutide Phase 3 readouts — anyone else watching TRIUMPH?

The cardiovascular outcomes trial (NCT05882045) is the one I'm most curious about. If reta shows MACE reduction comparable to or better than semaglutide's SELECT, that's the game-changer for adoption beyond pure obesity.

Phase 2 was 24.2% weight loss at 48 weeks. The dose-response wasn't plateauing. Phase 3 with longer duration could go higher. Or attrition kicks in, classic Phase 2 to 3 problem.

Thoughts on timeline? My guess is we see TRIUMPH-T2D readouts late 2026.
