Retatrutide

Retatrutide is a novel triple hormone receptor agonist targeting GLP-1, GIP, and glucagon receptors simultaneously. Developed by Eli Lilly, it has demonstrated unprecedented weight loss results in Phase 2 trials, with participants losing up to 24% of body weight. The triple mechanism may provide superior metabolic benefits compared to dual agonists like tirzepatide.
