Three months on reta research, currently at 8mg weekly. Weight: -17.3% from baseline. A1c: 5.4 → 5.0. Triglycerides: 138 → 71. Fasting glucose: 94 → 81.
RHR up 7 bpm sustained. HRV down ~12%. ALT bumped from 22 to 31 (still in normal range but tracking). Will hold at 8mg before considering further escalation given the hepatic and HR signals.
