About 6 weeks in on retatrutide research and my Whoop is consistently showing RHR 8-10 bpm higher than baseline. Glucagon receptor activation is the obvious culprit but curious if anyone else is seeing this with their CGM/HRV data.

Whoop also picking up reduced HRV which tracks with the elevated sympathetic tone hypothesis.
