State of Peptide Vendors: October 2026
October 2026 is the first edition of this report. No vendor in the status log changed status during October; the three September 2026 closures (Chemyo, Eternal Peptides, Chameleon Peptides) were documented and added to the log on October 19, 2026, which is why they appear as this month’s additions. On the regulatory side, an HHS/FDA notice titled "Interim Access Policy for Compounding Using Certain Peptides" reached OMB review on October 14, 2026. The price snapshot below is the first in the series, so no month-over-month deltas are shown yet.

Per AP reporting, people familiar with the plan say it would let pharmacies temporarily compound some peptides under FDA enforcement discretion; the filing itself gives no specifics.

Methodology
Every figure on this page is computed at build time from two datasets published on this site: the vendor status log (one row per vendor with status, status date and primary-source citations; as of Oct 19, 2026) and the cross-vendor price registry (list prices per vial, normalized to USD per mg; as of Sep 23, 2026). Regulatory events come from the enforcement timeline and the regulatory status tracker (sources checked Oct 19, 2026). The summary at the top is the only hand-written part.
A vendor counts as a change for the month when its status date falls in the month, or when its row was first published in the month (earlier closures documented later). Price snapshots are taken once a month from the registry and committed; each edition compares against the snapshot before it.
Open rows in the status log are AntiGravity-network stores (the network that operates Amino Axiom) and are confirmed first-hand; third-party status changes rest on the primary records cited on each row. Price figures are list prices as published by each vendor on the as-of date, normalized to USD per mg at each vendor’s best in-stock size.
