Reta + tirz combination — is anyone seriously considering this

Mechanistically it's redundant. Both hit GLP-1 and GIP. Reta adds glucagon. Just running reta should capture everything tirz does plus the glucagon component.
But I've seen forum chatter suggesting people do this. The argument seems to be 'more is better' which isn't how receptor pharmacology works when you're already saturating the same targets.
