Why does no one talk about reta's effect on liver enzymes

Phase 2 had a noticeable signal on transient ALT/AST elevations in some participants. Reverted with continued treatment but the mechanism — presumably glucagon-driven hepatic activity — needs more long-term data.

I haven't seen anyone discussing this risk profile when comparing reta to tirz. Tirz had basically no hepatic signal in SURMOUNT.
