Epitalon (Epithalon) is a synthetic version of Epithalamin, a peptide originally isolated from the pineal gland. Russian research claimed it activates telomerase and extends telomeres, potentially slowing aging. However, independent replication is limited and most evidence comes from animal studies and small Russian trials.
