GHRP-6 is a synthetic hexapeptide growth hormone secretagogue. Like GHRP-2, it acts on ghrelin receptors but is less selective and has more pronounced effects on appetite. It stimulates GH release but also increases appetite significantly due to its ghrelin-mimetic properties.
