GHRP-2 / Pralmorelin

GHRP-2 is a synthetic hexapeptide and growth hormone secretagogue that stimulates GH release via ghrelin receptors. Unlike GHRH analogs, it acts through a separate mechanism and can synergize with GHRH. Clinical trials have been conducted but it is not FDA-approved.
