CJC-1295 No DAC

CJC-1295 without DAC (also known as Mod GRF 1-29) is a 29-amino acid analog of growth hormone releasing hormone. The modifications (Tyr substituted for His, D-Ala, Gln, Ala, and Nle at positions 1, 2, 8, 15, and 27) enhance receptor binding affinity but result in a short half-life (~30 minutes) due to rapid enzymatic degradation.
