Ipamorelin

Ipamorelin is a pentapeptide and selective growth hormone secretagogue (GHS) that acts as an agonist at the ghrelin receptor. Unlike other GH secretagogues, ipamorelin is highly selective for GH release and does not significantly increase cortisol or prolactin. It has been studied in clinical trials for growth hormone deficiency and postoperative ileus.
